Return Authorization

We would like to inform you that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Only returns for orders placed on our official website www.midaste.com will be processed.

Midaste applies European law and Italian law pursuant to Art. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree no. 170 of November 4, 2021, transposing EU Directive 2019/771 regarding returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal within European Union countries. To return orders placed outside the European Union, you must contact Customer Care directly via email to manage the request.

Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer and depend on the shipping country: €7.90 for Italy, €14.90 for Europe, Switzerland, and the UK, and €29.90 for the rest of the world. Any applicable import customs fees will also be charged to the customer.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, within 14 calendar days of receipt.

To proceed with a return, you must contact us at info@midaste.com. Please note that we are only able to process refunds. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Once the return is received, Midaste will inspect the quality of the product(s) to check if it complies with our return policy: if approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

In the event that the returned item is not in its original condition or is damaged, Midaste will not issue a refund. In this case, the Customer may choose to have the item shipped back at their own expense. After this shipment, it will not be possible to return the order again.

Size Exchange Request

If the Customer decides to request a size exchange, they can proceed in two ways:

If the website is open, we recommend placing a new order and returning the incorrect size.

If the website is closed, Midaste reserves the right to check availability upon receipt of the return. Please note that returns are not accepted on size exchanges.

Refund

The refund is issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7 days of the date we receive the return at our warehouse. The time required for the amount to appear on your credit card may vary depending on local banking procedures.

Credit Card: The processing time depends on the credit card issuer. As soon as the refund is issued, we will send you a confirmation email. In the event of an upcoming credit card expiration, the refund will be issued via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer. Midaste is not responsible for any failure to communicate card expiration or for refunds issued to expired cards.

PayPal: The refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been requested.
